Re: Downloading MIDI files using a MacBook

2008-12-20 by Mario Ajero

Hi Ben,

Welcome to the group.

I also use a MacBook Pro to load up MIDI files to our Mark IV.

Sometimes the Mark IV is fussy about the formatting of vertain flash drives and floppies,
especially if they've been formatted on a Mac.

The most convenient way of loading MIDI files for me is through the network. If your Mark
IV is on your local network, you should see it in your Finder sidebar under Shared or
Network, depending what OS you're on.

Just copy MIDI files to the FromToPC folder.

I hope that answers your question.

Feel free to contact me if I misunderstood you.
