Greetings Allan, If you have inputs for audio encoded MIDI on your Disklavier (some models do some don't) you may be able to play from the Ipod. I have heard that Disklaviers do not do well with MP3 files so this may not work unless there is some way you can put WAV files on an Ipod. I have read conflicting opinions on WAV capability on the Ipod. Can try it if someone really wants to know but different pods might have different capabilities. wav files will be huge so you need a major Ipod to fit many of them. try some MP3, who knows they may work on your DKV. fortunately they work fine on my LX players so I can play from Itunes, Ipod CDs DVDs etc. Sunday, December 21, 2008, 7:20:22 PM, you wrote: > HELP: Can I use my ipod video player instead of laptop to play my disklavier? > THANKS > allan > To: disklavier@yahoogroups.com > From: lists@... > Date: Fri, 19 Dec 2008 21:49:15 -0800 > Subject: Re: [disklavier] Re: Downloading MIDI files using a MacBook > Greetings breppond, > this is not a great time to chat. i can call tomorrow but will > probably forget. you can call me tomorrow any time after 10:00 Am. 425 > 472 8464 or remind me to call you in an e-mail tomorrow. i have free > long distance so it makes more sense for me to call if you don't. > Friday, December 19, 2008, 8:31:46 PM, you wrote: >> Thank you.
