Have you tried using this wireless ethernet adapter with another  
device, such as a computer? I would try that in order to determine if  
the wireless ethernet adapter is configured correctly.

When you do so, be sure and turn of the Wi-Fi feature on the computer  
that you are using for the test in order to make sure that you are, in  
fact, getting an Internet connection using the wireless ethernet  
adapter.
