Mark, It seems that you are looking for the reverse of Mark Fontana's MID2PianoCD software (http://dp70.dyndns.org/mid2pianocd/). Perhaps you could talk to Mark about the possibility/feasibility of producing software to do what you are suggesting, which would be PianoCD2MIDI.
