MID2PianoCD supports converting .fil files (ESEQ format) directly to  
encoded audio.  You shouldn't need to convert them to MIDI format first.

By the way, on the Advanced settings page, make sure you have set the  
source velocity profile to "Disklavier" so that the note velocities  
are left as-is.
