Greetings J,

i posted the program to the following page of my web site. it is close
to the top of the last group of files. it is set to convert any MIDI
volume messages to 100 if found on channels 1-3(0-2). seems to work
but feedback would be helpful.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
