Disklavier

Hi, I have a Mark IV and have two annoying problems with the damper 
pedal: loud squeak and an overall rattle/vibration noise when the pedal 
is depressed and held and the piano is played. Have always had this 
issue but the problem has worsened over time. I have a call into the 
dealer. I don't think its a simple adjustment. Thinking replacement 
parts may be required. has anyone else experienced this? Carol? Thanks.

PS I have not been on this forum for a long time. There was some 
discussion some time ago about migration to google groups but I guess
