If the pedal is noisy while you are playing, you should get your dealer to send a piano technician to have a look at the mechanism. Sometimes, just a little lubrication on the leather pads or linkages may work.

If the pedal is noisy while playing back (i.e. using the solenoids), there are a couple of adjustments on the solenoids which should cure the problem. Again, get your dealer to have someone look at it.

Either way, if the problem was apparent from new, it should be a warranty issue.
