Thanks so much for the info Mark. I suppose I should have asked more questions before I bought this version. I don't own a computer with a floppy drive, in fact we can't remember using a floppy in the last 5 years. Oh well.
Looks like I should have spent the extra money for the Mk IV, but I didn't realize the limitation, and the other features were not important to me. I am feeling pretty stupid at the moment. I will see if I can figure out how to use the utility you suggest.
