RE: [disklavier]

2001-04-17 by Carol Beigel

It just is not going to happen. I, too, have a MIDIman interface with a
Sony Walkman CD player hooked up to it, on my Mark IIXG Disklavier. I can
play QRS and PianoDisc CD's, but not Yamaha CDs.

The only way I could even copy MIDI files to a CD was to put a bunch of them
in a folder, then copy the folder to a CD. However, the MIDIman is an analog
to MIDI converter (or the other way around!) You cannot play MIDI files
from a CD to a Disklavier. You must put the MIDI files on floppy disks.
