I had an error, but removed the prcstart file to trash, Clicked on DNA, then prcstart.html (using Firefox) entered password and ID and it was saved to my desktop as 'prcstart.php'. I then clicked on that file to run the 'Virtual PRC' ... also had my disklavier playing a song while performing this sequence. Try running the same steps using Firefox as your default Browser. Look for a file that is labeled 'prcstart.php' on your hard drive. Note: A quick way to find that file is to click on 'Today' under 'Search For' in a new finder window. View in List format and sort by Date Modified to find the file. I thought I posted this earlier, since it has not been posted ... I am reposting the squence of instructions that worked for me. Hope this helps. -Joan --- In disklavier@yahoogroups.com, "George F.
