Hi

My experience with reconfiguring Airport Express , was that I had to reset the device using a paper clip then do as you suggested once in the utility I had to enter the security code I set up for my system . If you have an unsecured system than that step is not necessary . So if I'm understanding this correct you have used Airport Express to connect the the Internet wireless? If this is correct what kind of router and are you running Windows?

Thanks
Joseph

Try running Airport Utility, on the initial screen you should see any airport devices on the left. Click on the airport express and you should see the address on the right.

Hope that helps,
joan
