Hi Roberto,

Ok, I understand your problem.

You cannot connect your iphone to the wireless of the piano itsef (that you use for PRC and DKVBrowser). It wil not work. Iphone shall be connected to the network of the internet connection of your piano (totally different from the wireless installed in the piano for DKVbrowser and PRC)
So you shall use a small wireless box connected to your internet network then you connect iphone to this wireless box and it will work perfectly

With some good sun from Durrazo !
Julien

Subject: [disklavier] Re: New Firmware version 4

Hi everyone,

I just upgraded my DC3 Mark IV Pro to 4.0.
As Julien stated, it setted by itself yhe OMNI Out from "output" "output + Piano TS" making piano parts (ch. 1 and 2) playing digital on speakers the note played by the piano itself. There is only the need to change this setting. Not a big problem.

But I may not use this 4.0 with IPhone Disklavier application because strangely it seems to rely on another wireless controller than the Disklavier itself.
I'm very surprised.
My DKV is connected to Internet and my home network via cable so, if I am right, I may not use the iPhone.
But this is very strange: why not to connect iPhone to the DKV wireless network as the PRC Remote Controller do?
I may even get Internet connection from DKV through its WIFI on my iPhone!

I cannot understand the reason for this workaround.
Am I wrong?
Someone using my network configuration (cable connection from DKV to network) managed to use Disklavier Controller on iPhone?

Thanks in advance.

Roberto
