I only have one of these a Norah Jones floppy disk that I purchased that would play the piano. I had the same regular audio CD that went with this. I think it is this type of Pianosoft that is on the Yamaha page (URL below). I doubt that these are actually played by the artist. http://www.yamahamusicsoft.com/en/category/PianoSoft/catalog?group=Smart+PianoSoft If you click on any of these titles on the above URL, you will see that they also list a link to buy the audio CD from Amazon. I think these are the ones you are referencing. Even though these reference Mark III model of disklavier, I believe this is what I purchased and it worked with my Mark IV. Possibly calling or sending an email to Yamaha to ask about original artist floppies would be your best bet in finding some. I know that there are a few artists that do record in the Yamaha studios. --- In disklavier@yahoogroups.com, "inglesbyj" <jim.inglesby@...> wrote: > > The Yamaha DVD that came with our unit describes the ability to insert an audio CD in the CD player of the disklavier and also a Floppy Disk into the FP drive and to have the disklavier play the CD of the artist and the Yamaha to play the piano portion. Is this a Pianosoft application and if so which one? I have a new system and so far I'm only seeing downloads available where someone else is playing their version of the artists (such as Elton John) piano accompaniment rather than actually having Elton John's version so it's like he's playing in your living room. Where do I go for that capability? >
