Hi
It always reorders the song into alphabetical order, which
is
maddening. Is there a work around to keep them into the original disk
order?
Make sure you keep the pianodir file this stores the
order.
If open it as a text file you will see the song titles.
You will need to play the pianodir file to play in the correct
order.
OR
Open the pianodir file in notepad and rename the file in
the folder so they are in the correct order.
01 - xxxxxx
02 -
aaaaa
03 - vvvvv
etc

the method. After RipARooter, I delete the pianodir.fil file. Then sometimes the
song files have no suffix, eg, no .fil. So I add it and add a prefix to order
the songs 001 song1.fil, etc..Then onto the thumb drive in folders. Lots of busy
work but I guess only hve to do it once. Thanks. Dave

There is also a program in the library called EEXPLORE
which opens the directory files and lets you reorder the songs by using the
mouse to move songs up or down in the DIR file.
