Carol, I'm confused. There aren't any RCA plugs at the back of the DKC55RCD, so I'm not sure what you are referring to. Also, the DU1A does not have an amplifier like the Mark III grand piano. It simply has a speaker outlet box, which also contains the power switch and a female connector for the power cord. I tried connecting different pins in the PS/2 connector of the DKC55RCD to a headphone, but I didn't hear any sound when I played a CD.
