Thanks Joan. My PRC is not connected to the internet yet. I don't even have a Network Update option on my PRC unit. I followed all the instructions and everything appeared to go okay, but when I got to the step for updating the PRC Interface, I get an error saying it can't connect to the I/O Center. My I/O center has been updated to 4.0 and my PRC cannot connect.
