If you are in the UK, I fear you might struggle - I apologise for my rant in advance! Yamaha UK were unhelpful. Chappell of Bond Street (but now on Wardour Street) are only interested in selling you the instrument - in their own words 'it is not worth our while dealing with accessories or upgrades' Mickleburgh quoted prices above the UK SRP. Cheltenham Piano Center had nobody to hand that knew (and then recently their sales 'expert' told a friend that current disklavier pianos do not have silent operation) Has anyone in the UK purchased this device successfully? If so, where from? James On Thu, Mar 10, 2011 at 11:31 PM, mh180005 <hofstetter@...> wrote: > I'm looking for a Yamaha dealer where others have successfully ordered the DKC-850 upgrade. That will fix the problem, while maintaining your access to the group. If you insist on leaving us completely send a blank email to: > disklavier-unsubscribe@... > > Know someone who wants to join?
