It sounds as if the "hold" force of the note solenoids needs to be adjusted (the reduced force, after the initial strike, that keeps a key depressed until it is due to be released). If the problem seems to get worse after the piano has been playing a while, that would further support this hypothesis, as solenoids generate less force as they heat up, and I'm not sure whether this earlier model of Disklavier compensates for that effect.
