Disklavier

I noticed that my piano will no longer function in the silent mode when I plug in my headset in either of the two headset jacks.  I get no sound from them and the hammers do not drop down like they should and I don't see the headset button on the remote.  However, I can put my piano in quiet mode successfully, so that part works.   Any ideas?  Is there any configuration or switches or cables that I should check?
