Disklavier

Hi everyone, I have a dkc 850 box and it is great but, the other night I purchased the disklavier radio service and when I went to the d- radio option the language on my screen went to Japanese. I have no knowledge of the Japanese language unfortunately and cannot understand why this has happened. All other menu options and titles of songs are in English.
I cannot even check the my account options as these are in Japanese also. I was wondering if someone could give me some specific instructions on how to enter my I'd and password details without English  if this makes sense. 
I have tried entering my user I'd  which I believe is my email address that I used to register on yamaha's site. I then entered my password but after that it strangely says submit in English. After I press submit it then goes to another lot of Japanese writing. When I scroll down it appears to have three options but once again these are in Japanese.
Quite strange.
I cannot use my subscription.  It doesnot let me in. I  am in need of help!!!!!!
