Disklavier

Hi have a few pianosmart titles but one in particular has a song that is out of synch.  The song is track 11 of Fleetwood Mac's Rumours, "Gold Dust Woman".  It sounds like the piano starts too soon and it really off by a lot, maybe 2 seconds.  Is there a way I can fix (i.e., hack) the pianosmart diskette so it will be in sync?  I've verified that the music CD is the correct disc and all the other songs play fine.  It seems as though I should be able to open the mid file and add an appropriate length of silence at the beginning of the mid to make it sync.  Will that work?
