Suggest you pay a few dollars to have an independent RPT who knows Disklaviers
look it over and give you an appraisal.  Typically, Disklaviers acquire mileage
faster than standard home pianos.  Your RPT might make suggestions of work
needed which may affect your negotiations with the seller.  Also be aware that
while Yamaha may be accommodating to you, their warranty does not extend beyond
the first owner.  That may be a moot point as the warranty period for the
Disklavier portion is only five years and for the piano itself, ten years.
