Disklavier

I have a Yamaha Disklavier DGP1XG baby grand and it has been working just fine. However, this evening when I placed a floppy into the drive, I could see the disk being read and the volume indicator rising and falling----but there was no actual sound as the keys and pedals were not responding at all. Naturally, I climbed under the piano to see if something had come lose, but everything appeared to be normal. Does anyone in the group have a hunch as to what went wrong so suddenly? There has been no indication of any impending malfunction, and for the keys and pedals to just stop playing and reacting to the disk....I'm baffled. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
