Disklavier

I have a Yamaha Disklavier baby grand (DGP1XG)and it has been working fine. This evening, however, I placed a floppy into the drive and I could tell it was reading the disk and the volume indicator was rising and falling....but there was no actual sound and neither the keys or pedals were responding. In other words, the player piano wasn't playing! There had been no indication of any impending malfunction and it just seems odd that it stopped working so mysteriously. I tried the obligatory jiggling of cords under the piano as well as power on/off, but still no music. Any tips from the group on what might be going on here will be greatly appreciated. John
