I have my router configured by MAC to hand out the same IP via dhcp each time.
I'll play some more to see if I can pinpoint the problem. Mind you... Dkv browser doesn't have a problem from any of 5 or so other computers in the house...

Interesting. Did you reserve the Piano's MAC & IP address in your Router so that that your Router assigns the piano the same IP each time via DHCP? Or did you manually enter a fixed IP address, Subnet Mask, DNS and such in the Network section of the Disklavier setup? If the later double check the subnet mask to verify your phone's WiFi IP address while connected to your router is accessible within that same subnet. You can verify that the connection information being used by the Disklavier on page 2/3 of the Network setup screen.
Also check your router's firewall, port forwarding sections in case you are filtering out the ports that are used by the xml and database calls from unknown MAC or IP addresses.
If that looks good, email me your contact info and I would be glad to help trouble shoot over the phone.

I certainly don't do anything in inside DKVBrowser to make it work on "both" networks, it just works on either one...so I'm baffled about the fact that my phone can't connect to it when on the normal wi-fi in my house.  It would certainly be much more useful if it worked that way!
