Volume too loud ?

Volume too loud ?

2001-12-15 by saierk

Frequently, when I put a disk in the Mark II control unit, the music
is automatically set to full volume (127) and plays on the piano way
too loud.

Is there a free software utility that will allow me to turn down the
volume setting on each song or track, using my computer?

Yes there is a zip file called dkvutil in the Utility subfolder of our file vault. Among other wonderful utilities inside is veloset, which does just what you want. Oh yeah, it's freeware contributed by an anonymous member. Otherwise it wouldn't be there!
