Any Clavinova Experts out there?

Hi All,
Is there anyone out there with older Clavinova troubleshooting experience? I have a Disklavier too, but so far it is functioning properly.
My problem... Model CVP-65 Clavinova. No sound when keys are pressed. No sound when playing disklavier or pianosoft disks, BUT the floppy drive is reading the disk and outputting data. The LEDs above each key are illuminating as if the sequence of music is playing - just no sound from the speakers.
Also - the Demo tunes play fine. Perfect sound and LEDs above each key also light properly. So that tells me that the amp and some of the motherboard is ok.
All cables are secure and in their correct places.
Voltages from power supply look good.
The 4 glass fuses on the power amp. are all ok.
Factory reset does not seem to work. (Holding C7 while turning on the unit)
I have cleaned the key pads/key contacts with 90% IPA but it did not help at all.
Have not tried MIDI data to see if that makes sounds.
Before I started this repair the lowest bass octave of the keyboard seemed to work, but the rest of the keyboard was silent. Now 100% of the keyboard playing notes are not sounding.
What a mystery! Has anyone seen this before?
