Disklavier E3 with SONOS external audio system

I also have my Disklavier hooked up to my Sonos system, but I do not use it for audio output because of the expected delay the Wi-Fi network will produce. Typically what will happen is that the music broadcast through the Sonos web network will be delayed a few split-seconds behind the piano playing. This is normal and just part of how networks work when sending information through their systems plus your Wi-Fi router.

Instead I hook my DK audio outputs directly up to my audio receiver and use the Sonos for input (playing Pianosoft music to the piano from my server) and as a wireless Ethernet connection to the piano. This system works great and allows me to send playlists from my Sonos music controller to the piano remotely anywhere in the home.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your comments.
It is very simple to compensate what you call the few slip-seconds behind the piano playing. Just an adjustment on E3. I am interested by which level shall be adjusted the input of SONOS as it proposed a lot of levels. I do not know which one is the best between the two systems.
