Recording issue - in the headphones sound is noticeably louder comparing to silent mode

Hi guys,
Could it be an option somewhere in the settings as currently when I start recording in the headphones it looks like the disklavier plays back sound twice: it becomes noticeably louder and I have to low the key pressure to achieve the same sound.
