Take the battery out. Wait a few minutes. Put the battery back in. Do not use the cradle, but plug the charging cable directly into the PRC. Wait 15 minutes while it charges. Reboot your Disklavier and wait until it goes into Standby Mode. Then turn on the PRC and wait for the screen to appear that says in Red on the right PianoSoft Library. Try to play something.
