E3 connection

2017-03-10 by dibertmatthew@...

I've been playing around with any e3 trying to figure out of how play pianosoft cds I've ripped and midi files I've converted using miditopianocd from my phone. My ultimate goal is to upload my music to Amazon and be able to use an Amazon echo. I've seen a YouTube video of this being done but i can't seem to get anything but fax machine noise when I hook into my omni in and/ or analog midi in. Anyone habe any ideas?

I though Amazon's echo was on the Android platform and the Disklavier only works with Apple core MIDI products. Have you seen the instructions for using a wireless Bluetooth interface? They can be found at : midiplayertools.com/Connecting.htm

Good morning, everyone.

Matthew, have you made sure that the following are true:

—file type is wav
—you are using the E3’s analog MIDI inputs for th audio
—right and left audio are not reversed

?

Regards,
PianoBench

Thanks for the advice. I just tried that and i get no sound at all. I feel like I'm missing something simple.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
