Opinions on DU1a Mark III (2006) model Silent System (evolution of Silent Systems)

Is there a big difference in the silent systems between the 2006 Mark III DU1a and newer models? I suppose the digital sample may be better, but has the hardware/mechanism in the piano changed? I can't find anything online about the evolution of the Silent System in uprights. Thanks for this resource!
