Unless you see a foreign object, you probably need a piano technician to repin the flanges on those notes. You would still need a piano tech to pull the piano action and clean the solenoids on those notes if that was the problem. If the notes are next to one another the piano hammers could be blocking each other because one note is warped or loose.
In any case, call a piano tech to avoid breaking something! Usually the cheapest way to fix a piano. It may even be included in their fee, or an inexpensive add-on if you have the piano tuned at the same time.

Most of the time they just make no sound when struck like it's not hitting the string, but occasionally still work correctly. Is there something I can adjust myself?
