PianoBench gave you the correct info. I have often found if the ball was
dropped on the follow up tuning the local dealer thought it was being handled
routinely by staff and something went wrong. Yamaha is commited to this
work, of course, or we wouldn't specify it in our agreements with the dealer
network. If for any reason you are not happy with the resolution in the next
