For the time being, upload all contributions to the vault on
the website, into the appropriate folder. Don't attach them to your
e-mail. That way we don't have to endure a long download whenever we do a
quick check of our e-mail. The vault is big enough for now. We may
change the system then, but for now this is the most organized way to do
it. After uploading to the vault though, send an attachment free e-mail to
the group to tell us the name of the file you uploaded, what's on it, why its
great etc.
