Flute accompaniments one more time.

Flute accompaniments one more time.

Good evening, everyone.

Regarding the flute accompaniment issue:

<< << << Oh, excellent question! As a flutist (never flautist) that is exactly
why I bought my Disklavier. There is a market, apparently, for those
of us who wish to play along on other instruments with our piano.
Authors and Yamaha please step up..... >> >> >>

This evening, I received an unsolicited email from
www.discountpianosoftware.com. I checked the company out on the Internet.
They have at least 2 of the 6 volumes of previously published Yamaha flute
accompaniments.

PianoBench

This is a dumb question...

What would make it a flute accompaniment? Of course, any instrument
could be played along with the piano. Is it that it comes with sheet
music designed for the flute?

In general, we are talking about pieces that were composed for flute and
piano or flute plus other instruments. Of course, the Disklavier does not
care what instrument plays along with it.
