Unplug the piano from the wall for about a minute.
Then plug it in again and turn it on.  If this did not
fix the problem, then do a Reset.  Usually this does
the trick  If this fails, download the latest software
for your piano from the Yamaha website, probably
version 4.46 and re-install the system software.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
