I share your wish that more commercial artists would record for Disklavier, but there are hours of recordings available if you know where to look.
1. Do you have a copy of Yamaha's complete catalog? You might order a copy from them or get one from your dealer. I've found it much easier to find what they do have in a catalog rather than on the web.
And of course there's the entire body of piano roll conversions mentioned in Warren Trachtman's earlier response.

Subject: [disklavier] Original Artist Music Software
I'm a newbie and was wondering if anyone else is as frustrated as I
am at the lack of Original Artist Music Software for the
Disklaviers. Could someone explain what the problem is and why this
cannot be rectified? Why can't any Artists make money off of
Disklavier Software just as they would if they sold a record?
I am quite disappointed after purchasing my Disklavier that artists
like Billy Joel, Elton John, etc. have PianoSoft titles out but
performed by some other Pianist who naturally does not have ANY of
their style and/or sound. This seems true of the majority of music
available for purchase.
Does anyone know if it's possible to convert/format Commercial Music
CD's to be able to play the actual piano parts on the Disklavier?
I understand there are PianoSoft and PianoSmart CD's available but
this is also either very limited or using another "play along"
pianist's performance with the actual commercial performance and not
the real original artist.
The closest I have gotten so far to hearing pure artistry from my
Disklavier has been from the "Gershwin plays Gershwin" Software that
was actual Piano Rolls performed by him and converted to Disklavier
Technology. There must be others???
