Wristklavier

Anybody knows how much Yamaha sells these for (or if they are even
still available now that the Mark IV's are out)?  I know it's just
a cheesy $50 casio remote control watch, but it would be neat to
have the Yamaha version.

If you can't find the Yamaha DRCW version, Casio sells a learning remote. You can "teach" the watch the commands using your standard Disklavier remote.
