Disklavier

I have a Mark IV - but with the small, PDA controller. Curious what others find the battery life to be on a full charge. Mine, less than 6 months old, lasts about 1 hour before running completely down and needing to be returned to the cradle.

Seems short for a PDA-based system.

Is this normal - what range do other Mark IV owners experience?

I do have a 2.4GHz PC network and phone system, but I have tried
switching these off and its no different so I don't think that is a

Maybe my installer didn't connect an aerial or soemthing to the piano?

Any experiences from other Mark IV owners would be most appreciated.
