Best Christmas disks?

Best Christmas disks?

2006-12-12 by Cliff Shepard

So how about some recommendations for the best Christmas disks available commercially? Are there any out there that really knock your socks off? Let's here about it. Merry Christmas to all!

Hi

Just bought "Christmas Styles - Lounge Jazz" from iTunes for £4.74

You can find it under Holiday - Jazz Christmas - See All

Christmas Carols played in a "laid back" jazz style, just piano and
bass. The only thing against it, the bass is too loud but otherwise
it is great.

I prefer piano solos and like \u201cChristmas Collection: Christmas Carols\u201d from Yamaha, CRC1036. No artist credited on the cover. It contains:

O Holy Night
Silent Night
The First Noel
O Come All Ye Faithful
Away In a Manager
It Came Upon The Midnight Clear
God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen
Greensleeves
Joy To The World
Ave Maria
Hark! The Herald Angels Sing
O Little Town of Bethlehem
Good King Wenceslas
Angels We Have Heard On High

Enjoy!
Gene

Hi Cliff Shepard

No, it is a normal CD not one of Yamaha's. I find it realy hard to
recomend any of Yamaha's disks.
