Finally got my disklavier DC2M4!!!

Finally got my disklavier DC2M4!!!

2007-03-30 by Carl Youngblood

I just got my disklavier set up and installed, and I am thrilled! A
technician is scheduled to calibrate and tune it on Apr. 2nd, but
until then I'm hoping to figure a few things out. Anyway, before I
head out the door I wanted to post one problem I had. I got it to
play a few songs, but it stops playing after a few minutes. When I
click play it starts again, but it stops soon after that. Anyone seen
this before?

I still have to spend a lot more time on it. I haven't installed any
updates--right now it's just running whatever version came installed
from the factory, although I would assume they ship them with the
latest software.

Thanks,
Carl

After looking under my disklavier more thoroughly I found that the
installers didn't push the power cord in so it was barely hanging
there. This may have been the problem. I'll post on the list
tomorrow if it seems to resolve it.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
