Disklavier

Hi all,

I've been reading the posts of those of you who have updated to V2.0
of the disklavier system software.  I'm excited about many of the new
features.  Are you folks running the V2.0 beta version or has the
software update been released?  I only find version 1.2 on the Yamaha
website.  How can I get a copy?

I am running the update version 2.0 (not the beta) that came via mail to my home.  

I believe that they have not posted the v2.0 online yet.  Reason:  Something about the 
disklavier radio had not yet been licensed for countries other than the US.   

Have you registered your disklavier online with Yamaha site?   Did you purchase your 
disklavier in the US from a piano dealer?  If so, maybe you could call the dealership and 
inquire about the new update.

I have subscribed to the disklavier radio service and am very pleased with it.

Also like the wireless connection to the hard drive to/from folder to transfer midis directly 
without having to make a floppy.

Hello Jeff,

If you are in the U.S. and purchased your piano in the U.S., we can
supply you with an update pack. Please send an email with your name,
address, and phone number, along with the seven digit serial number of
your piano (under the music desk of the piano) to
pianoservice@....
