Re[2]: e-comp

Greetings Rick, There are two things you can try to remap the channels. Find the files4download page of my web site. Two programs there could be of use. One is midimod2. It has been a long time since I used it and I might have broken it in some recent feature adding frenzy but it is the best candidate so give it a try. If you check the "piano parts to Ch. 1 and 2" checkbox and leave the preset at the default of "no change" and leave the other settings at the default values, it should move any events that have a piano voice definition to channel 1 if not there already and leave them on 2 if that is where they are. If the voices are assigned to a normal piano part (patch 0 through 7) they will be moved. If the parts are unassigned this will not work. The other possibility is to change the channel of the pianos parts (once you identify what channel they are on) to channels 1 and 2 so the DKV will play them as piano. The "remap channels" program will do this but you need to know what channels to remap and can make a real mess if you do it wrong. Let me know if you have success with either of these programs? I get very little feedback on them. Sunday, September 28, 2008, 1:49:37 PM, you wrote: > I can only speak for myself in that I would not have a need for the > conversion to Mp3.
