Your PC/MAC will have problems reading PianoSoft disk. Have a look at
http://www.carolrpt.com/softwaredwnld.htm for a variety of utilities you can use to convert e-seq files to SMF format for use on a computer. Anotgher option would be to play the files on the piano and record them onto a sequencer on your computer via MIDI, although this would be a bit long-winded as you'd have to do it in real time.
