Does anyone know where to find a USB - MIDI cable with a 90 degree angle on the MIDI end so I can fit it into my Disklavier IV?

Why not use a USB to USB cable for your midi?  You can get a  USB type B - to USB type A (same as USB printer cables) much easier than the old 5 pin connectors to USB.  You get the exact same results.  Just change your midi settings from midi to USB in the midi section of the setup icon and it will be the same.  You will have to download a midi driver from Yamaha and install it on your computer - but you will get the same results without having to cram the 5 pin midi cables into the limited space around your I/O center of the Disklavier IV.  Where to get the Yamaha midi driver is the question I can't help you with at this time.  I'm sure others on this list can help with that.

There are certain models of Mark IV that barely have enough room underneath the piano to connect either MIDI cables or a USB device cable. In these cases, the easiest way to connect either type of cable may be to dismount the I/O Center, connect the cables, and then remount the I/O Center.

It is hard to find a USB device cable with an elbow-style connector for the "B" end of the cable. I did locate one, but I can't tell if the length of the B connector is any shorter than normal:

It seems to be a versatile cable. I am going to take a chance on it and order one.

You can get MIDI cables with elbow-style connectors from a variety of sources, such as:

HOWEVER, you probably don't want the exact cables shown in the link above because the 5 pins are oriented in the wrong direction (meaning that the elbow will bend upward rather than downward, which puts unnecessary stress on the cable). I know that angled MIDI cables exist with the opposite orientation, but you'll have to search carefully for a cable with the desired orientation

If you use right-angled MIDI cables, you'll need a MIDI interface with female ports. If your MIDI interface has male MIDI plugs hardwired to it (such as the Yamaha UX-16), you need MIDI female to MIDI female couplers:
