Perhaps some others who have actually done this can help this guy. Are we talking that MIDItoCD program to do this?

Adriano, MID2PianoCD will allow you to create your own Disklavier CDs:

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
