DKC-800 MIDI Output Disklavier Radio

I have an E3 with the DKC-800 connected to Internet Streaming through Yamaha's site "Disklavier Radio". Does anyone know if the MIDI Outputs are live during Disklavier Radio Playback. Has anyone had experience with the Smart Key playback function not working on the E3? Any software that will allow one to create files for this function? Thanks, J McMath
