Disklavier Mark II midi settings

Disklavier Mark II midi settings

2012-06-27 by Jonathan Brittin

Hello. I am a disklavier tech. I have a customer with a Mark II who is upgrading to a DKC-850. Since it is a Mark II, I need to run it thru the midi ports on the original head unit. I also need to set the midi setting to keyboard out. The problem is the screen is blank on the head unit and I am working blind. Can anyone post the steps to setting the midi out to keyboard out for me?

Thank you,

Jonathan.

Good morning, everyone.

Jonathan, MIDI Out = Keyboard Out is the default setting. It is highly unlikely that anyone changed it. I recommend giving it a try in its current condition.

You can also replace the LCD display on the original unit.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
